Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Customers must cancel before 9am the day of your appointment so that the appointment time can be filled by another person. This can be done through your online booking account. If cancellations are made after 9am on the day of your appointment, please call to us directly. Rescheduling Policy: Customers are encouraged to reschedule their appointments at least 24 hours before the original booking if they need to change the time or date. This rescheduling option is made easily through our online booking system. No-Show Policy: ‘No-shows’ (failure to arrive), might involve a warning for repeated no shows or a reasonable no-show penalty fee for repeat offenders(three or more times) Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive to your appointment late, this may result in a shortened appointment time or a re-scheduled appointment to accommodate the subsequent appointments. Refund Policy: Refunds will be made at the discretion of the barber/owner and client.
